Conquer all 12 stations at the games

REDLINE Prep class is a training class to prepare you for the Redline Fitness Games. Redline Fitness Games is a gamified functional fitness event series allowing gym-goers and fitness enthusiasts of all levels to measure and test their fitness. Putting your “engine” to the test in an adrenaline-pumping, fun, fitness competition.

The prep class wil prepare you to tackle the 12 stations that will be tested in the Redline Fitness Games. We will prepare you for cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, coordination, balance, power, functional strength and mobility.

You will be put through the paces, given tips and will be taught the best way perform each movement so that you can score your best time at the games!

A sample workout for REDLINE Prep CLass would be

Warm Up

2 rounds:
20 seconds wall sit
10m walk on toes backwards
10m walk on heels
10m bodyweight lunges
10m butt kickers
10m high knees
10 burpees
30 seconds deep squat sit

STRENGTH

Part A: (12:00-24:00)

Squat Pyramid
6 sets of 7/5/5/3/1/1 reps at 78/78/82/85/85/93%.
Perform a set on a running clock every full 02:00 minutes.

PART B : (24:00-36:00)

Strict Overhead Press Pyramid
6 sets of 7/5/5/3/1/1 reps at 78/78/82/85/85/93%.
Perform a set on a running clock every full 02:00 minutes.

Workout

AMRAP - 13 minutes

20 Alternating DB Power Cleans (F:35lbs/M:50lbs)
40m Dead Ball Burpee Broad Jump (30/40)
10 Box Jump Overs
15 Kcal Ski/Row or Bike
