Train Fit is a fitness program designed to enhance the health and wellness of individuals across all age groups and fitness levels. Our approach combines various cardiovascular activities like running, rowing, biking, and skiing with bodyweight and weight-lifting exercises. Our goal is to support you in achieving optimal fitness and overall well-being through a well-rounded training regimen.

The Train Fit program accommodates individuals of all fitness levels, offering scalability tailored to your specific capabilities. While some participants may demonstrate advanced skills in gymnastics or heavy weightlifting, our coaches adeptly adjust the difficulty to ensure everyone enjoys a fulfilling workout experience.

To join the Train Fit program, we require participants to undergo two personal training sessions focusing on the fundamentals of Train Fit. This introductory process allows individuals to ease into classes seamlessly, eliminating any sense of overwhelm and ensuring a smooth transition into our program.

SPECIFIC WARM UP

  • 8 Snatch Grip Deadlift With Shrugs
  • 8 High Hang Snatch High Pulls
  • 8 Hang Snatch High Pulls
  • 8 Snatch Push Jerks
  • 8 Power Snatches

STRENGTH

  • Every 90 Sec x 10 Sets
  • 5 Power Snatches (+20lbs total from week 2)
    • Use lightweight that can be cycled smoothly for 5 Touch and Go reps
