Energizing Community Workouts for All Levels

Train Lite is a community-based, high energy, circuit-style conditioning workouts without the use of high skill barbells or high skill gymnastics movements. This program is more challenging than your average boot camp, but less intense than CrossFit. The primary focus is on strength & conditioning through the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. Train Lite classes are great for weight-loss, extra conditioning, or as a ramp-up into advanced classes.

The team atmosphere and community you get from this class will keep you coming back. No experience or skill level is required in Train Lite class, just the desire to sweat and work hard.

If you are a beginner, deconditioned athlete or no previous exercise experience, Train Lite would be the right program for you to start. Our friendly and dedicated coaches is always there to ensure you have a fun, safe and great workout.

A sample workout for Train Lite would be

Warm Up

  • 8:00 AMRAP
  • 10 Walking Lunge Steps + Torso Twist
  • 5 Tuck Ups
  • 4 Low Box Jumps
  • 3 Inch Worms

Mini Pump

  • 12 Standing Lats Pushdown @ moderate weight – maintain quality
  • 10 Lying DB Skull Crushers @ moderate weight – maintain quality
