Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, manuals, and tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Certain products (e.g., clearance items, gift cards, personal care items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or defective items sent.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please request this during the return process.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
