Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
As all our shipping are handled by third party postal service, do note that there would be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service disruption that are outside of our control. Nevertheless, we are always trying out best to ship out your items as soon as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are using CITILINK as our local courier delivery and the shipping charges imposed are based on your total cart weight and also your address. Shipping charges will start from a minimum of RM8.
However for large and heavy items (ie bumper plates, barbells, bumper plate tree etc), you will notice that the shipping price displayed would be slightly on the high end. If you still require shipping, please contact us via email or Whatsapp for separate shipping options. We will use LALAMOVE for orders in Klang Valley and selected courier services for orders outside of Klang Valley.
Local delivery
For LALAMOVE delivery, we will arrange the delivery once the delivery fee is agreed and paid by customer. A tracking information will be sent to you to estimate the ETA of your items. Do note that we cannot control the timing of the delivery as it will be dependant on the courier / delivery service company. You may contact them directly once you get the tracking number / driver contact to make your own arrangement.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our office in Subang Jaya. After placing your order and selecting self-pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email or contact you directly when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 5 pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Soft-copy are acceptable.
International Shipping
We now ship to Singapore. For items below 23kg, the shipping charges will be displayed at checkout after you entered your address. For heavier items, please contact us directly.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@blackbox.fit with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
